PARKINSONISM SYNDROME FORMATION IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS. NEUROINFLAMMATORY PENUMBRA

نویسندگان

چکیده

Much valuable information about the development of Parkinson’s disease (PD) has been obtained from studies on laboratory animals. Objectives. To compare neurotoxic and neuroinflammatory parkinsonism syndrome in Material methods. The number rats group model (lipopolysaccharide) was 6, (rotenone) - 20. control consisted 5 study approved by independent Ethics Committee. dynamics genesis assessed motor activity animals, as well biomarkers dopamine metabolism (dopamine homovanillic acid) blood serum cerebrospinal fluid 7 21 days after first administration rotenone or lipopolysaccharide, also a single intravenous injection allogeneic (rat) multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSC) carried out 9 injections rotenone. Results. A decrease levels acid shown animals syndrome. In with syndrome, pre-motor stage disorders laboratorially confirmed. During weeks introduction MMSC, regression symptoms parallel increase are determined. Conclusions. effectiveness MMSC early post-transplantation period is associated paracrine effect. It proposed to call activated microglia, potential therapeutic target PD, penumbra.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...

hereditary parkinsonism syndrome

parkinsonism is used to describe a syndrome manifested by any combination of six cardinal features: tremor at rest, rigidity, bradykinesia, loss of postural reflexes, flexed posture and the freezing. decreased dopaminergic neurotransmission in the basal ganglia is the core biochemical pathology in parkinsonism. hereditary parkinsonism includes various heredodegenerative diseases such as hallerv...

Asbestosis in experimental animals.

Previous animal experiments with asbestos dusts have been almost entirely confined to chrysotile asbestos. It was, therefore, decided to investigate the effects of mill dusts from the three types of asbestos that are produced commercially in South Africa, namely chrysotile, amosite, and crocidolite. Chrysotile and amosite samples were relatively pure while in contrast the crocidolite dust was f...

Fasting and Experimental Animals, Detrimental or Positive?

While fasting has been practiced for centuries, its beneficial effects was unknown until recently. This review tries to analyze the current literature of how fasting and intermittent fasting (IF) could affect clinical pathological parameters, learning, mood and brain plasticity. The effects of different ways of fasting on metabolism and stress were also explored. Animal experiments have elucida...
